I havent removed it from all those surfaces, but warm water and a soft brush has done well on quite a few things. I have done the bucket and sponge and mainly low pressure from the dual lance to soak it and lightly brush it away.

What do you do when nature call's?
One Tough Pressure replied to Under Pressure AZ's question in Residential Pressure Washing
You will learn to modify the diet and eating times or you will have problems. -
Hot Water Problems
One Tough Pressure replied to chavargo's topic in Tools, Equipment & Basic Maintenance
A lesson you taught me awhile back that holds very true. Those darn things need replacing at the worst possible time and downtime really sucks when you do not have one. -
Turning down pressure
One Tough Pressure replied to suzuki98's question in Residential Pressure Washing
Why would you want to starve the pump? Not good for any reason. If you need to decrease flow for something, a ball valve can be added to the high pressure side of the pump and back to the tank to bypass excess water. Put in a smaller nozzle and the pressure stay the same. If all you want is to lower pressure and keep the volume a larger nozzle or dual lance wand will handle that real easy. -
30" surface cleaner
One Tough Pressure replied to powertech's question in Residential Pressure Washing
8 at 3000 psi calls for a #9 nozzle on the wand, so you should have 3 #3 for the surface cleaner. Are they that sizeand are they in good condition? -
Cold water machine problem
One Tough Pressure replied to Lightning Gene's question in Residential Pressure Washing
The water has to go somewhere. If the unit runs fine and you can release the trigger without bogging or stalling the engine, then it may be internal bypass back to the pump. That is a very common way for machines to run. Where does the hose that you have running to the tank come from? What kind of machine and unloader? -

8 BUCKS!!! My hazmat fee was more than that, I guess I got robbed. -
Hot water unit question.
One Tough Pressure replied to peejicky's topic in Tools, Equipment & Basic Maintenance
They have built decent units for years. Delco had units made by them for quite some time. 12 volt burners are made to be run from batteries. The battery charges from the pressure washer engine, so you need a 20 amp charging system to keep up. -
insurance just went up

It's all a write off anyway, pay what you need to to get the jobs you want. -
General pump dipstick replacement

The yellow cap is a breather, so be careful on what you use to keep it on there. -
And if the unloader fails?

The high pressure relief valves are less than $20.00 and could save you quite a bit on repairs or claims. I also drilled a hole at the tank top and have it shooting across, never had a problem.

Or the high pressure relief valve that some machines come equipped with.

If the water is not bypassing to the tank, then where is it going? Does the system bog when you let go of the trigger?

Why not explain to manufacturer that you need options to use solely their product and why don't they develop a oil based line. I choose C -
Increasing Trailer Weight Capacity
One Tough Pressure replied to Christopher's topic in Tools, Equipment & Basic Maintenance
Adding springs will keep you level but not much else. I was quoted $1000.00 to change to 5200 lbs axles with new wheels and tires. Look for a place that does this on a regular basis, not someone looking to fill in their downtime and overcharging. -

Just when I thought I had seen it all. Remember what I said about that profile pic? Scary. -
Bob, It was done with one purpose in mind. To get you to come out from hiding with a post like the one above. Now that we know you are alive and well, you must keep coming around or another message and new rules wil be sent.

Grease ridden deck
One Tough Pressure replied to HotShot's question in Wood Cleaning & Restoration - Decks, Fences, etc.
Gee, that is a great place for a fan. Keep the fan clean, clean the deck several times and then it may turn out well. Fuzzies is the main problem with to hot of a mix, or hot water, but it may give some traction should they not keep the system clean. Matt, Is that the avatar that I think it is?
