Is this where History repeats itself? While I thought the cat box got cleaned awhile back, seems as though somebody is still searching for new poo, or remnants of the old stuff. If you have a problem, get that person on the phone, don't drag it out here and make yourselves look bad.

Making the x-jet easier to use

Matt, Please say that is your hand pulling the boxers down for the pic. -
That's Violent Femmes, and I have every album. I like a wide variety of music. Johhny Cash is one of my favorites, but so is Suicidal Tendencies, so you can see that is covers a large scale.

My approach was a little different. I used to write "clean me" with the pw and then go by to talk to the manager and get more work. Needless to say he was pissed and said we spent all day out there with a brush and the hose, and just can not make it go away. I guess I should not have shared my thought for the day with them, as they were not as thrilled as Johnny's customers were.

Having to open gun to start engine
One Tough Pressure replied to gregative's topic in Tools, Equipment & Basic Maintenance
I use flow unloaders, so no open trigger for me. I suppose you have your hose all laid out and are not near thr trigger to hold it open though. Use a ball valve and leave it open with no gun or nozzle, and then close it to add them when you get down there. -

Don, I am not a Chevy fan, but that dually of yours still made me drool. I wondered how you would go from that to a F150, but I was so happy to see another Ford, I never questioned it. Jon, Within the first week of the F450, the surface cleaner rolled forward and slammed the front of the bed. Barely noticeable thanks to the Line-X, but I know it is there.
-
Don, What happened to the F150?
-
Scott, I forgot to mention that you are a lucky dude to get to use Angela's Expedition for work. My wife would start wrapping the nuise if I even mentioned it.
-
The F-450 has a single 38 gallon tank and cost around $105.00 to $115.00 to fill up. I always fill it up and have to swipe the card twice as it maxes at $75.00. I average 2 tanks per week. On my F-250 a V10 gasser it had a 29 gallon tank and ran around $87.00 to $95.00 a fill up. Always filled that one two. Usually ran about 3 tanks a week. You have to spend money to make money. We will not get into how much I spend to fill the tanks on the washer and how often.

The quick start is really easy to navigate. I upgraded to Pro this year and I am lost.

Surface cleaner help
One Tough Pressure replied to Barry M's topic in Tools, Equipment & Basic Maintenance
That hole is a weep hole. It is there to protect the union in case of blockage. Check your tips for debris, and run the surfacer with no tips to clear the lines. If that does not work, then you may need to rebuild or replace the union. -
Did your free trial of email time out?

Awesome truck Scott, I called mine Gold. It hides dirt well, cutting back on wash time. Just need to keep the chrome and windows clean.

So you never use chems of any kind? -
So lets hear some valid reasons why I would break 2 unloaders in a one week period. Both were ZK1 flow unloaders, both had broken springs, and both were on the same machine. Pump is rated 8 at 3600, but running 8 at 3000. Coil has minimal back pressure, and machine is tank fed and bypasses back to the tank. What gives?

Unloader killer
One Tough Pressure replied to One Tough Pressure's topic in Tools, Equipment & Basic Maintenance
Glad to hear something is going right. I replaced the packing, valves and all o-rings/fiber backing discs in my AR pump and it would not give out more than 1500 psi. This is a pump head pressure check, so no unloader, or coil to slow things down. With no other choice, I went back to my General TS1021, and everything was fine. With the new 24 hp and that 1021, things are real sweet. The only thing I notice is that my water tank lasts much longer. -

Ron, How are your units set up? Why not use an inlet filter? -
dual turbo lance problem - help fast!
One Tough Pressure replied to Curb Appeal's topic in Tools, Equipment & Basic Maintenance
That only works for a pressure trap unloader, so if he has a flow type, he will get cycling. -
Pressure Washer Losing Pressure

Belt slippage could be a problem. They get hot and they slip more, it cools and you are fine for a little bit until they get hot again. Qucik and easy check, but often overlooked. -
Gillette Foamy Shaving Cream
One Tough Pressure replied to Apple Roof Cleaning's question in The Club House
It works really well. No more knicks for me, the razor seems to last longer and it smells good too. Best part is no white cream left over for an embarassing moment. -
My new Honda 24 hp has a newer style air filter. This link is for a vertical engine, but mine is a standard vtwin like found on many washers, except for the air filter. GXV670# Anybody have one of these? Good or bad things to say?

Go to Home Depot and buy another 2.0 and make it a triple. -
In reality, it does not matter if any fish died or not, or if any acid was used. The law is written so that it is illegal to allow any discharge into the waters of the US. Had the fish not died, nobody would have noticed most likely.
