Hello Everyone, Had a HO call today and wanted to know if we could strip a dock that is less than two years old. I told yes we could but I have one question for all the pro's. What should I use that will not harm the water and fish in the pond? The HO said that James T Davis Solid water based decking stain was used, it is now peeling. Thanks for any help. Stan

Bidding this job- what do you think?
sjpressurewashin replied to Clear Shine Maintenance's question in Residential Pressure Washing
Give me a call sometime and I can give you some ideas on how we price. We just finished a 7 story retirement home and had to rent a 80 ft. lift. We also use EaCoChem products on this job. Also if Jeff is willing,He gave me some excellent advice when I was pricing the job. Michael 434-941-7228 434-352-5559 -
I tried Farmers and they said it wasn't recognized.I'm talking to State Farm now and I've seen on here somewhere that a lot of people use them and was just wondering what they list under. Thanks, Michael

A quick question for everyone or one who would know. Most insurance companies do not recognize pressure washing as a business. What business catgory would pressure washing and restoration fall under? Thanks,Michael Rawes

Looking for a downstreaming recipe for oxlic acid. Cleaning a pool apron now and want to brighten afterwards. just wondering if someone had the mixing recipe for about 30 gallons downstreaming. it would be easier to downstream instead of spraying it all with a spayer. Thanks in advance, Michael

Sir are you saying a job of @14000sqft with H&C i should charge @$.30sqft? thanks much for your input. i have not ever done jobs that large before, just some small residential jobs and just priced the job. i haven't give the contry club a price yet because i didn't really know. didn't want to give some rediculous price. they do want me to clean it though. you info was really helpful and i justed wanted to make sure i understood it correctly. thanks again michael -

not sure about the staining and sealing price, that is why i asked. it seemed high but it seems like i'd seen some post on here before people charging 3 to 4 dollars. i got the job to clean at .08. thanks, michael -
Hey my friends, I just gave a quote for cleaning, staining and sealing a Country Club pool apron and Patio. All together it was @ 14000sqft. I quoted .08 to clean and 3.00 to clean, stain and seal. I haven't done alot of concrete work and was wondering if that was about the the ball park price. They are thinking of using H&C stain and sealer. Thanks in advance, Michael
