I should have been locked up--I got away with one
C&S Property Services replied to John T's question in The Club House
Last two times I heard stories like that involved a little guy backing up a bouncer and a speaker getting in the way of a truck at Sonic. -
Residential calls starting to come in again!!
C&S Property Services replied to John T's question in Residential Pressure Washing
I just saw yard signs put out on a major roadway here. It was from a Jersey company (609) area code. All the sign said was "Powerwashing", 50% off, Call 609 ********. I almost fell over laughing. -
Residential calls starting to come in again!!

Our phones will usually start blowing up just after labor day or the week before. Really depends on what we are marketing too as well. -
Applying water based stain on older oil based stained deck?
C&S Property Services replied to Rob R.'s question in Wood Cleaning & Restoration - Decks, Fences, etc.
Rob, I would think what Rick said would be correct to the opposite as well. Water and oil don't mix. I don't think I would risk this one. -

C&S Property Services replied to allisonhester's topic in The Library
Scott, you don't always need to respond. Just like I have no need to respond to your email. In this case Chris revamped an old thread and then it gets to a pi$$ing match. All I was trying to tell you was stop. Very simple. -

Time to make the donuts
C&S Property Services replied to RSuds's question in Residential Pressure Washing
Brian, Great advice. This is the reason we have continued to expand every year with another truck, trailer and/ or more equipment. Most people we deal with on the residential side are amazed we can get them scheduled within, at most, a two week time frame. Our competitors cannot offer them that option therefore resulting in more clientale. -

Could that be because he cant sell the systems? Or is it to help promote his pals Org? -

Powerwashing with snow on the ground
C&S Property Services replied to John T's question in The Club House

Hiring a sales person
C&S Property Services replied to Kristopher Pettitt's topic in Business Topics & Tips
Kristopher, It may be easier and better to hire good employees and you do the sales. No one knows "your" business like you do. I find it easier to sell our services then to send someone else. And it keeps me off the wand and being able to enjoy life. As well as the time to attend committee meetings, association meetings, etc. Just my opinion. And my experience. Plus the salesperson will cost you more than the typical laborer. -
Powerwashing with snow on the ground
C&S Property Services replied to John T's question in The Club House
I havent even started on the residential end. We have plenty to do otherwise. And just ordered a new fat boy yesterday to set up the new truck. So next couple weeks we will be building a new skid with tanks and fat boy on it. Also have to take the plow and salt spreader off the same truck... Our commercial is more focused than ever. We are not doing any commercial that are on the low end. We have implemented a three strike rule for commercial clients. Our residential end of marketing is ridiculous. We are sending out 2500 EDDM cards twice a week for residential. -

Give back Cleanings- The White House or 9-11 The Wprld Trade Center?
C&S Property Services replied to John T's question in The Club House
There are a few names and companies I would think that would participate, in something like what you're asking John, as a way to give back. If used properly it could be a great marketing tool (almost as good as my TWIT certification). We run into so many professionals that dont realize what pressure washing can do. And there are some that think there are only three pressure companies out there.
