I have set up a page to make donations if it is easier to use a credit card or paypal. I will make sure all funds are forwarded to John and Family.

Here is where we get our doorhangers... They have the stick-it feature and have more space to design. For a good price too.

I just move on and reschedule. My pricing takes these things into consideration and am never in a losing $$$ situation. Good customer service costs money and I charge for it upfront. Folks seem to think I charge too much, but this is what it is for. Providing a professional customer service that is satisfaction guaranteed.

I asked Dan but he not attending thread apparently...So I ask how the rest of ya use these valves.Since I use female quikies on gun and surfacer inlet I guess it would be perfect to attach one end of valve to my hose and then the outlet would have my male plug/probe. Plug don't make for much of a spray tip though so unsure exactly what Dan means..
Just "choke" the valve to the point that it will shoot distance but not create enough back pressure to stop drawing from Down streamer.

The description actually sounds like a grease fitting. But I don't remember anything like that on a cold skid. Does your macine have wheels? Do they have grease fittings?

I'm going to be the butt here... If demand rises, then so should pricing. It is simple economics. Look at Iphones or any other "high demand" product or service. High priced while in demand and then the prices go down as the supply increases or demand decreases.

Amazing. LOL

I think all corps should be government controlled. They are all greedy and should not be allowed to keep any money. All of their money should be confiscated by the government and handed out to the people that need it.Probably the most uneducated thing I have read this Month. Sit on the couch and DON'T PRODUCE while I go out and PRODUCE so that I can then turn and give it to you.

Yes, and we have eye wash stations in the trucks too. Also heat packs and cool packs, bandages, etc.Beth
p.s.. and an epi-pen since Rod is allergic to bee stings.[/quote]
That's a good idea.

I agree with Tracy on this. You can use less Bleach if using a good soap. I use a mix of Sodium Hydroxide and butyl with the usual surfacants.

Great Stuff.... I already bought a new 8 gpm.

We are getting two new Sonics this year. I will check your info out. Everybody is cutting cost!Actually, They probably aren't trying to cut costs but were SOLD by a Manufacturer or Vendor. They were pitched that this would help cut costs. Again, different goals by distributors than of contractors.

You guys aren't quite getting it, you have to understand that the whole house will not be done, you can't compare apples to oranges. This will be altogether different than house washing. You can't justify charging $150.00 an hour for something that takes very little effort and only one product. You don't need a pressure washing rig to do this. But, in reality you guys can charge as you please, but the guy charging $20-$30 dollars an hour will do ok and take all the work in this part of the washing business.Jeff
I don't charge $150/hr for the house wash. It's to show up on the job and to market to folks letting them know I can do it. If nobody knows you can get AF off, then it won't matter what you charge. $20/hr won't bring in enough $$ to afford a marketing Campaign to get you out in front of some AF. Most of the bids we do are for "behind the scenes" costs.

No matter what it is..... IMO $20/hr is crazy. If you can get something off that nobody else can, then it is worth a PREMIUM. A simple house wash generally nets most of us $150/hr+, so why would we sell a PREMIUM service for even less? AF removal would be a $200 add on if I was getting it off. I hope you let us all know so that we can start up selling it over our competitors. LOL

My M5 is a good paper weight on my desk. Down Stream is my recommendation for Vinyl Cleaning. Safe Low Pressure.

I believe they need to name this stuff "Oil eater" or something like that because it most certainly does not CLEAN. It can't clean spilled Soft Drinks or Gum. Mud, and other dirts are not being removed by this.
In the FAQ it as asked if this is being sold to relpace pressure washing. I say yes it is. The Gas stations here that have fallen for it, aren't getting pressure washing services done and look dirtier than ever. I would like to know what this stuff does to the carpet in our cars after tracking it in from walking on it at the Gas stations.
How about a sample guys so the Real contractors can test and give the feedback.

A different spin.... I have simply been raising my prices. Increased Revenue has essentially LOWERED expenses as percentage.
Just something to think about.
I have friends that fret over money much differently than I do. They are spending time and energy trying to figure out how to cut expenses or to save more. I tell them that the same time and energy used could be used to figure out how to Make more money versus how to spend less.
Vinyl siding issue, This is a good one...
