Being the only guy I know in your area, you would get the call if anything were to come in from there. It would be up to the customer to qualify you for what they need.

I am almost exclusively commercial. Every once in awhile I do some residential, but it is rare. I get calls more often than I like for it, and unless they are willing to wait a little bit, I have to say no. It would be nice to have a few folks that I could send the work to, as it is not enough to start a crew up for on my end. Maybe later, but I have other things brewing that take the time needed for that away.
