gregative 18 Report post Posted July 10, 2007 Changed my unloader today and put on a pressure gauge. Now it seems I have less power when I cranked it and the gauge read zero, put on a 2nd gauge and zero. I bypass the unloader to a tank with one port and put the gauge on the second port. Why would the pressure be halfed at the gun and the gauge read zero? Was wanting to use the gauge to set the unloader. Any tip please?
Russ Johnson 141 Report post Posted July 10, 2007 Is your gauge mounted in a BYPASS port? It won't read anything if it is.
gregative 18 Report post Posted July 10, 2007 Yes, I guess that would be a bypass port. I assume a tee after the unloader would work. And the lack of pressure would just be the adjustment at the unloader & perhaps check the inline filter. I don't think any air in the line but will check that as well. Thanks.
