0 Guest rfitz Report post Posted February 5, 2004 That is exactly what it is, although, what I may do is hire 1 guy with an annual salary of say $25,000, for that salary, he will work 8 months a year take off 4 still being paid, although in those 8 months, he may work 60-80 hours a week, I will have to check out how this plays out legally...? 0 Paul B. 523 Report post Posted February 5, 2004 Can't pay salary to non-skilled laborer - must pay hourly and OT. As I said, check out the H2B Program requirements.... You need to apply between 90-120 days prior to expected hire date, in addition to meeting other requirements. If you apply NOW, you MAY have access by 1st of May.
