New Administrator

I have appointed Gary Schell as new administrator of The Cleaner Network. Due to personal reasons I have been unable to maintain things the way I like and I agreed with several that Gary would do a fine job. I will still be around but have made Gary "The Captain" of the ship.

We wish Gary loads of luck in his efforts to help TCN. It takes a great deal of time to keep up with a bbs and keep it running well.
