2500psi vs 3000psi

Recommended Posts

I could use some input please.

I am looking into some new equipment for the upcomming season one option is 6gpm @ 2500psi and the other is 6gpm @ 3000PSI there is about $1000 buck increase in price for 3000psi. (these are hot water machines) My question is, is 2500 psi to little? I know it depends what I'm cleaning so let's say decks, houses, heavy equipment and restaurant pads. My current machine is a 4gpm @ 3500psi. I appreciate all the input.

At 6 gpm, 2500 psi should be more than enough for the decks, siding, and equipment. The flat surface cleaning you may see a difference. I'd go with the 2500.
