0 PressurePros 249 Report post Posted November 11, 2007 Pressure wash only? Hot water or cold? Moldy? What chems do you plan on using? Whats under and around it? Is it part of a larger job or is this the job itself? How many people working on it? Whats your overhead? What demographic do you target? What's you water access? Do You have to tote water? Pricing questions shoudn't really be what this forum is about. Too many variables. Its like asking "whats the going price for a new car"? You charge as much as you need to stay in business. 0 Tmrrptr 164 Report post Posted November 11, 2007 I agree with Tim. All depends on what's on the wall but I'd try 20cents and see how the numbers work out against the time and costs. r
0 MMI Enterprises 289 Report post Posted November 11, 2007 Sounds big... what it like over 500 yard long right? just one side ya doing? How about some pics...is real brick wall right. Seems with the chemical expendatures and no heat that it gonna need to be least .15 what with it taking awhile. What about efflo situation..sounds risky to not allow for possable arrival of it after. Maybe do some sort of disclaimer.
0 jetstream1 18 Report post Posted November 12, 2007 O.K I will hit the wall with hot water the brick is real and they just want one side done but I will give a price for the back as well the magic # is around $2,000. Then I will have around 30,000 s/f of curbs and flat work to be done for more $$$$$ all that wall for that price just don't seem right thats at .20 s/f but the wall is in good shape lots of sun beats on it so not a lot of mold.. 0 MMI Enterprises 289 Report post Posted November 14, 2007 Sounds like he toking on that bong called 'surface clean the flat work at 3 cent so just boost price at 7 to 10 cent and blast it'.... Does it hurt to worry about driving all that water into the real brick. I'd surely test an area and let it dry a few days first..What the Brick Association say? 0 A and J POWERWASHING 64 Report post Posted November 15, 2007 I Was Only Talking About The Wall , And Sorry The Price Around Here Are Little Cheap , But You Can Still That Wall Pretty Fast With Right Mix And Make Profit At The Price I Said. And I Never Charge Under .08 Per Sqft For Flatwork And Never Under .10 On House. So Pass The Bong
0 MMI Enterprises 289 Report post Posted November 15, 2007 Contrary to Bill, I always inhaled..lol.. :) ..but yea I'd do that wall in like 4 hour myself for $600.. now give that thing back over.
