I will need someone 8hours on days and one on evenings 4 hours both 5 days a week with the 4 hour person covering weekends. If anyone has any experance please drop me a note. Client has to view full time day work as this without special tools or talent almost like in-house minimum wage plus a tad for for your outsourcing. Price it similar to what a local temp service would. Usually you'll only be able to sell such at $12-$15 a man hour. Anymore and the situation will not last very long as they be hip to just hiring in-house.....Now if'n it were night time and small location and not based hourly that another story.
