Best Chemicals for Residential Work

I'm in the process of opening a pressure washing business right now. I have already done a few family members houses with the cheapo chemicals from home depot. Now I'm determined to find the best cleaners for all surfaces. I want to be able to do the best job possible and of course the most economical. I'de like to be able to say my work is environmently safe but sounds like chlorine and bleach are some of the best. Does anyone have any suggestions they could pass on?

"Bleach" for mold yes. But you need a soap...House wash...www.Pressuretek.com...simple cherry to mix with you bleach/chlorine. They also have other chems for decks, concrete etc. But check out the biz links for more.

Thanks for all the suggestions. Think I'll probably go with the simple cherry and chlorine combination. Heard a lot of good things about it. Now if it will just get above 20 degrees I can get to it!
