Need some advice please.

Question

Just recieved a call and thought I would ask a few questions here to decide what to do about it.

My main business is hood and vent cleaning for restaurants. Do some flat work for the restaurant biz as well.

I had a lady call me about pressure washing her house. Mainly I was just wondering if there is some type of soap I would have to use. I know years back pressure washed a house with a cold water washer and no soap, it turned out just fine. It was a stucco place...white at that.

I do have a hot water 3000psi 4gmp which can be dialed down to just about no pressure.

I know it would all depend on what type of siding, how tall the place is and of corse the access. Some pricing guidlines would be wonderfull also.

If anyone could help me out I would appreciate it.

Thank you.

Derik

Derik,

You can use the search feature to find the answer to your question. Plain water will only work on a very limited amount of houses, many jobs will require chemicals. You'll find that with proper chemicals you'll work less and make more money.

Just try something like "housewashing mix" or "chemicals" and see what you get.
