some time back someone posted a site where you can get satellite views of earth by address. I can't find the post, anyone remmber it? Besides Googling Earth

For some reason I can't post the link, I use MS Live Search. You select maps then type address, then "bird's eye" view. You can see from four angles really close. Hope this helps. Shane

Quality changes depending on how updated an area is which usually depends on how active development in the area is.. Virtual Earth, Google Earth are options..The birds eye view is my favorite. Zillow is hooked in there also which when going that route ya also get a feel for the price demographics of the neighborhood yer in or how much the house is worth. Sq footage is usually listed for ya too.

It is funny, I clicked on my home, and my truck was home. I clicked on my yard, and I was there, too. It is about 5 miles away.

Also, the yard map was done in early 2006, and the home map was done sometime earlier.

I prefer Google Earth.

www.local.live.com or www.maps.live.com either one will work. Bird's eye view is great, but not always available in all areas.
