Mountain View 14 Report post Posted October 9, 2008 I'm trying to start a new 16hp Vanguard engine on a cold water unit and it won't start! Fuel tank is over half full and fuel filter in almost empty. I'm looking at Briggs manuals online but can't find any help. I'm on my driveway sipping beer and grinding my teeth.
