Latex paint on concrete

Question

Has anyone ever removed chipped, peeling latex from concrete without stripper, the location of this stuff will not allow for stripper. How would a turbo with hot water do? Will it tear up the concrete pretty bad?

I come across paint quite often in residential work, and my preferred method is low pressure and high heat. That way you can really hit the paint with heat and not chew up the concrete. Start out with low pressure and work your way up to the ideal pressure. Turbo may be faster, but you never know what the condition of the slab is underneath the paint.

Here is a picture taking paint off of a curb. No stripper. Heat, and 1500 to 3000 psi. Most of it they used 15 degree tips, some rotary tips. Water volume about 8 gpm.
