Corn cob blasting

This is my first vist to this site so please be gentle. I'm a painting contractor that does mostly pre 1900 homes. I have to quote on the removal of paint from all the brick areas of the house. Can corn cob be used to safely remove the paint from the brick? Any other ideas?

Do you have lead issues up there?

Yes it can, but you need to test the paint for lead if it dates back before 1972.

No lead issues here. I guess Canadians are not bothered by lead
