kmcliffo 14 Report post Posted May 12, 2004 Hi Two questions on this post.... 1) My machine is currently set up to fit a 1/4" hose but we would like to use a 3/8" hose instead....Can this be done/reconfigured?? 2) If we have the motor and water on full force w/o pulling the trigger, can it run like that? R. Williamson 14 Report post Posted May 12, 2004 (1) Yes it can. If you can post a picture of the connection to the pump and one of the connection to the gun. We can figure out what adapters you will need. Then Beth can supply you with the needed parts. (2) With the 3/8" hose it will not function any different than what it does now. Aplus 525 Report post Posted May 13, 2004 I was thinking that since it came with a 1/4" hose, it's a small homeowner grade power washer. If so, the axial pump on it will probably fail before the hose does. Don't throw good dollars at bad. Save your money and buy a nice pro style power washer that will already come with the 3/8" hose.
