Pole Shed Cleaning

Looking for a little help from the pros on what chems to use to get a nice clean look on a metal pole shed outer material. We normally do just fleet work but one of the accounts wants us to clean their shop. I have heard simple cherry mixed with F-13? or something like that does a great job. Would would be downstreaming so dilutions and where to buy the chems would be some great input.

I have good results with a basic house wash mix with F13 mixed in, don't let it dry, it will leave a residue.
