Hi I posted on the sealing rock question and appreciate your fine help. Sorry I have been too busy to do a profile. I am active in Master Window Cleaners of America for window cleaning and thinking of branching out into a little pressure washing. I am buying a decent direct drive 13 hp 4 gpm unit today but worry about insurance.
I work 20 hours per week at a grocery store for insurance and my window cleaning is up to about $18,000 per year keeping me pretty busy. How can I get into doing a little power washing without spending a fortune of insurance? They base insurance on sales but I doubt $1,000 in sales per year would be much different than $10,000 per year in sales.
I suppose you are either all in or you are out. I just wish I could insure on a per job basis or have the ho insurance cover me for a simple house wash.
