Help with Removing Calcite Deposit

Homeowner called me to clean his brick home. He was particularly interested in removing the "white" calcite deposit. Use water and tested it for solubility. It would not come off using mild scrubbing action along with water. I tried White Scum Remover by Prosoco. Did not budge. Homeowner tried a calcite pre-soak himself but with no luck. Any ideas???

I had some on my trailer and tried it but with no luck. I did call them and they discussed using a pre-soak and then a follow-up with NMD80. Will see what happens.

Hey I have this stuff called pro clean it works great I used it on a college the build up was as thick as two inches
