How to clean this?

Question

I began pressure washing my parents home today but ran into 2 problems. One being my new Hi/Low Pressure Nozzle only stays on high and the other is a stain along the bottom of the entire house that doesn't seem to come off. I used a mixture of 4.5 gallons of Clorox Outdoor bleach, 16 oz of Simple Cherry and 8 oz of F13 Gutter Grenade. I let this mixture sit for 5 minutes, scrubbed with a brush and no luck...

Any ideas what needs to be done here to remove this? It's along pretty much the entire bottom of the home and it has never been pressure washed (house is about 13 years old or more).

Thanks a lot in advance!

This is a natural stone pool deck that a contractor got tar on...I was able to remove it off of the granite and concrete..but it won't budge from this stuff...I used...purple power, krud kutter, kerosene, muratic acid, all with scrubbing, all with hot water...its like in the pores of this stuff..the stone seems very hard thou, it wasn't phased by any of these products or high pressure in my test spot..thanks for any help with this "grime"

Shawn, Oxalic acid, two cups per fiver and brush it on. Iron out and F-8 are both oxalic acid products I think if you cannot find bulk oxalic. Try your local chemical suppliers.
