Best method/chemicals for cleaning already sealed decks/fences?

What is the best method for cleaning decks and fences that have already been sealed but just need a washing? I use rip it to remove stain/sealant but customers may just want a thorough cleaning.

We use F-10 percarbonate wood cleaner from Pressure Tek
