A little help. Any ideas for rust, mold and algae on natural stone?

Question

I am bidding a decent size job that has a lot of natural stone with some large heavy rust spots, and the rest is covered in mold and algae. And ideas on a effective product or products? I'm considering OX acid on the rust. But I worry about SH breaking down the stone.

OX or aluminum brightener for rust, sh for the rest. As long as it's natural stone I don't see a problem.

I would do a test spot on the rust first.
