washerone 14 Report post Posted October 14, 2004 Do you experience pressure drop based on the length of your pressure hose? If so how much for how many feet of hose? Today we were told that if you use 100+ feet of pressure hose you loose 500 psi. Is this true? Mikey & Terry Fox Pressure Washing Service

0 staudend 14 Report post Posted October 14, 2004 I've got 275 ft. and wouldn't be caught without it!! I quick connect this big reel to the machine on the trailer and also have a 100 ft reel I can attach for closer jobs because you don't want to squish your reel or melt your hose half reeled up on a big reel for close jobs. With a big machine, the pressure drop is almost not noticeable, and mine's 16hp hot hydrotek. Nick
