Isuzu box truck sitting for about 2 years, what issues will I find?

I did some heavy equipment washing for a contractor yesterday and found out that he has an Isuzu box truck that has the Diesel engine, tommy lift and the box is either 14' or 16'.

It has been sitting for about 2 years as he does not use it anymore but he is interested in selling it at a good price.

It has about 200k miles and I am worried about the engine.

He told me that the engine runs great and he would take it out of town no problem but it has been sitting a while now.

Not sure what transmission it has.

Have any of you bought trucks that have been sitting for a while and got them running and used them?

What kind of issues do you think I would have if I bought this truck?

I remember when I was thinking about an Isuzu type truck that I was told there was an issue with the automatic trans being good for about 200,000 miles. The trans was an Allison, but the affected years is something I do not remember.

If it is the 4bd1t 4cyl engine, steer clear of it with that many miles.
