Precision 14 Report post Posted June 29, 2012 Hey guys another newbie here. Recently signed up here, but have been reading the forum for months. Recognize a few names from one of the other forums I am on. This board seems to be pretty active, and I have gained a lot of great info. I have chased down a couple property management companies and still in the waiting to hear back and bug them phase. Is it better to call or email PM groups looking for work? I am a much stronger seller in person then on the phone, but some of Jeff's threads have inspired me to keep hammering away at it anyway. So does anyone have a sample email they use to send to PM companies that I could use as a template. I would like to send as many as I can through the weekend in hopes of drumming up some return calls the start of the week.
