Beth n Rod 1,279 Report post Posted December 22, 2004 Motivators are personal things. What motivates one person is not necessarily a motivator for another. The question is, what motivates people, and do motivators change for the individual over time? How does this affect your business internally, and externally (your employees and consumers)? Have a great day! Beth
RyanH 14 Report post Posted December 22, 2004 Intrinsic motivation is my primary push. I'm driven by the internal need to do what is ethically and morally proper, and take utmost pride in my work. And I'm a firm believer that what you do and how behave when you believe that no one is looking is a testament to true character. Of course, there was that night on our honeymoon when my wife and I thought no one was looking.......   :applause:
