Simple Cherry and 6% bleach

Planning on doing a few family homes. I have some simple cherry and a problem finding 12.5% SH. Using an xjet and a bucket. Does 3 gallons 6% 2 cups of simple cherry and 3 gallons water sound good? Should I try finding 12.5, add another gallon of 6%?

Use 4 gallons of 6%. Mix your Simple Cherry thoroughly in one gallon of water and add that to your bleach.

They only sell powdered SH around here at pool stores.

Sorry, let me say that again..they only sell powdered SHOCK. They can get liquid 12.5 if you want to pay an arm and a leg for the SH not to mention shipping. I picked up a bunch of 10.5% from a local farm and ranch store for .88 a gallon. Not 12.5, but it seems to do the trick.

10.5 would work you can always add more SH if you need to make it stronger
