Here are a couple of shots of a screened in porch job we have in progress. The floor was painted blue - yes blue, by the prior owner and the new owner wants the wood back... The owner had no idea what kind of paint was on this floor. We knew going into this that if we couldn't strip it, we would have to sand it.
Rod applied HD-80 at 7-8 oz per gallon. He got before and durning shots, but ran out of daylight for the afters, so we will take those when we go back to seal. He got about 99.99% off the floor. THere are only a couple tiny spots (in cracks) it didn't come off. There is blue paint all over our hoses and truck floor now instead.
We know HD-80 was not formulated to strip paint, but it is sure nice that it did!
