Carpet on Deck

I have a deck and porch on a house that have that green outdoor carpet glued to the surface. The deck is vinyl and the porch has vinyl rails.

My question is can I use my regular house wash which includes citra cleen and 1 gallon of 12.5 pool chlorine in a 5 gallon bucket xjetted on the surface to clean these areas without harming the carpet? The vinyl surfaces have the old green algae on it. I was thinking it may help to pre-wet the carpeted areas to help with the dilution of my detergent.

You have no problem, I've washed houses with the same amount of pool chlorine in the xjet mix. That green carpet stuff is made of some sort of plastic, my mix has only cleaned it very well, never harmed it.

Yes you wont have any problems at all. I have also cleaned the carpets with the same amount of chlorine. since those carpets are made with plastic it would not harm it at all.
