John Orr is a dryvit master. He can probably give you the best advice. I find that a strong mix of sodium hypochlorite and a surfactant take off about 99 % of what's usually on there. I follow with an acid baath to remove rust and streaks.

just wanted to ask what you guys use to clean this. Some of the stucco has very dark staining from roof down (black streaks). looking for something to x-jet on--would bleach and a good soap mix work?

Post a pic.....I'm curious to see what it looks like.
