Hi. I am new to this site. Lots of good info. I notice many of you get much higher rates than we get in our area. I am in N.O., La. and this area has always been in a slow economic state. We compete against companies who charge as little as $40 per hr. The average seems to be about $65 per hr. There is no way we can bid our jobs at $100 per hr and higher and land jobs. What do you consider a decent hourly rate for a 2 man crew? Also, I saw some who say they rarely use ladders. Almost every 2 story home we clean requires a ladder in order to clean the 2nd level porch balconies, railings, columns, etc. I cannot, even using the x-jet, see not using a ladder many times.
