The chat module was upgraded yesterday evening, and we had a chat, but no testing was done prior to that event. We saw a whole bunch of folks pop in and out of chat. Question is...was there a problem staying in the room, was this a BBS issue or what (a few folks have had issues staying logged in on the BBS)?
We want to make sure we know if there are any technical issues that need to be addressed. If you get error messages we need to know what they say specifically, or if the chat or BBS acted a certain way repeatedly we need to know what happened.
