0 ron p 500 Report post Posted March 1, 2003 is when the customer is not home and forgets to close a window or two. Sometimes they forget to close the skylight's. Second problem is when they leave a car near the house. Also when the neibour has a car parked near the house to be washed and either wont move it or is not home. Worse is when people are outside and less then 25 ft from the house to be washed. Lastly is other people complaing about the noise on a weekend. I have it in the contract that the cars be out of the drive and that they should double check all windows. When i call the night before the job i go over everything with them and ask if they can speack to the people around them. It is only a couple of hrs[if that] once a year. 0 reed 500 Report post Posted March 4, 2003 when they don't remove everything from the deck, keep the bird feeders attached to the deck, I take them down, the next day they are back up. Don't keep their pets away from a newly stained deck and call me back to fix it. I could go on, but I will let others chime in:) Reed
