Don M. 14 Report post Posted April 5, 2006 At lunch today at my full time job, a couple of workers were talking about washing their houses and one said he uses clorox, dawn, and sodium phospate in his mix and he swears the SP keeps the mold off for 4-5 years. Is this true or is this guy full of bunk? Thanks

0 Don L 14 Report post Posted April 6, 2006 Don, As far as I can tell, and I have never waxed a house,no matter what you use ,a house with those issues needs to be pw'd at least every 2 yrs.Of course it may depend on siding(viny,alum...),but your buds might be involved in a tad of hyperbole.Somebody let me know if I am wrong. Thanks
