Has anyone come across anything like this before? The deck floor is TimberTech brand composite decking. The rails are vinyl. The stains only appear on the floor and are heavier in shaded areas. I tested spots with EFC-38, HD-80, and Citrolic with no results. No pressure washer was used for the tests, however. I could certainly use some input on this one.
