OK. This picture might not look that great, but here is the story.

8am picture perfect day in Atlanta. Off to the job site. By 10am staining deck. By noon showers are moving around Atlanta. At 2pm the showers hit this deck. The guys move to staining the posts below as the rain comes down. After the rain passes I move up top to blow the puddles off the floor - Yes, I still do some work. After the sun comes back out, the guys move up to finish the deck. BTW, this is the customer that has the rental home in NC.

Bottom line - deck stained, check collected, customer happy, move on to next deck on Monday. The next week in weather is more of the same. No problem, I have WTW

Staining in the rain has become a popular activity in Atlanta, St. Louis and several cities in the north east this season. I think it's cool to be able to stain in the rain, but my god enough is enough. I am ready for some sunshine.

It looks like we are going to be trapped under the same weather system for the better part of this week. It's not even 60 degrees here today. Working all week isn't the same if I can't enjoy a little time on the water over the weekend.

Serriously though, Wood-Tux is helping a lot of contractors stay on scedual and maximize their profitability during this rainy season. If you are falling behind on your sealing jobs because you just cant get a break in the weather you should check it out. If you fall behind in the spring not only do you have to play catch up, you will loose work because of the back log.

It's been raining here since last Thursday and highs are in the 50's, if I did have any deck jobs lined up I would be using WTW. Last spring I did my first deck with WTW and it rained in the middle of sealing, it turned out fine and best of all I got paid. I'm thinking about building an arc, maybe I'll seal it with WTW.
