At that time I stripped the whole thing and sealed it with Deckscapes Cedar Bark (You have to use this, it's dicatated by HOA) The problem is this. It was a collegaue of my Aunt's. I charged ridiculously low now she wants it resealed and I would have to almost quadruple my price to make it worth the travel.The house is a condominium style so its front and back. There is also a front porch and a back deck that is ten feet off the ground. You have neighbors on each side. A crew of four guys can finish it in a day. If you are solo, I would guess at least three trips. Oh yeah there is also a chimney that is set back but still visible. you have to climb to get to that. I'll look for pics and post later.
