PowerWashofVa 14 Report post Posted June 12, 2006 I just received a 5 gallon sample of Mirachem Commerical Pressure Wash Fluid. I was wondering if anyone used this product & the results on vinyl, aluminum siding or any other applications. Thanks

PowerWashofVa 14 Report post Posted June 12, 2006 Ken, I looked at the MSDS and it does not state whats in it? I looked at the bucket & it also doesn't have anything. It did state it is non hazardous under 29CFR 1910,1200. Dilution Ratios: General PWing - 20 parts of water to 1 part Pressure Wash Fluid Heavy-Duty Pwing - 10 parts of water to 1 part of Pressure Washing Fluid The web-site is www.mirachem.com The company is out of Phoenix AZ. Thanks, Phil

PressurePros 249 Report post Posted June 14, 2006 Sounds like a plain old surfactant/soap. I don't think it would be all that great for housewashing because in the MSDS it states that it demulsifies when mixed with acids of caustics. A neutral cleaner that can't be mixed with bleach will probably be limited as to what it can do on a house.
Jarrod 22 Report post Posted June 14, 2006 Well put Ken, I would suggest a "no limits" type house wash.
