Anyone interested in helping us to plan this event, who has time to do it, please contact us by phone or email. We realize many of you are willing to help to plan this event. One thing I will say from my experience in assisting with conventions is that being organized as a group is important. Anyone willing to help needs to be able to spend time researching, planning, sourcing, whatever the task may be as we decide as a group.
