Facilitec USA Announces Major Corporate Change

Daryl Mirza, President of Facilitec USA, the largest Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Company in North America, has decided after careful consideration to divide the business into five independently owned regional-based companies.

Continuing to operate under the Facilitec brand, the new regional companies will be owned and operated by members of Facilitec's senior management team. Facilitec USA will retain national manufacturing and distribution of Grease Guard® Rooftop Grease-Containment Systems, the Prism Filter & Soaker Division, and National Fire Services.

Vice President Jim Selle will continue to oversee sales on behalf of all Facilitec USA companies, along with overall responsibility for Grease Guard Operations.

"Members of our senior management team are each buying a region of the business, similar to many of our national customers who have Joint Venture and Market Partners," Daryl says.
