However the parking garage I thought looked like crap compared to the rest of the building. Jim Carroll 14 Report post Posted July 31, 2006 a real easy one. I called contractor on this one and told him that if i was him I would not clean it that it looked good to me. He said it was in his contract for me to go ahead. I rinsed building with water and sent him a bill for my original price of $1200.00.
