Decker 5 Rebuild

Just a quick question for anyone that has rebuilt a Decker 5. Does the spring and cap face the base or pump? I have attached a picture of how I remember it coming apart but just want to make sure before I put it back together.

The cross on the valve goes to the bottom "out" flow direction. Refer to the pump manifold where it should have the direction of flow (IN - Out)

One side will be with both the disk sides up and the opposite will be with both the cross side up.

Don't know about the pump, but that looks like a Chevy 2500 work bench :)
