Nozzle change causing pulse (same size nozzles)

I tried my new turbo nozzle on my 4.5 gpm @ 3000 machine and got pulsing. The nozzle is a 4.5 as are my normal tips. No issue with my normal tips. Any thoughts. I did a search and came up with nothing that was closely similar.

The turbo seems clear of debris, it is brand new and has a filter. Same thing with the older turbo. I just got this machine yesterday and it works great with the regular nozzles.

sometimes my machine rk-43 acts up when i use a 0 drgree tip in it????

If it is a true 4.5 gpm, a #45 nozzle nets 4,000 psi. You need a #5 for about 3,200 psi.
