chavargo 14 Report post Posted October 3, 2006 Hi everyone. I have been reading this site for a while now. I have gotten a lot of good information from you, I recently recieved a call from a local casual dining restaurant for an estimate for cleaning sidewalks, dumpsterpads and outside sitting area. the problem is i don't know what is a good price. Can someone give me any suggestions on where to start. thanks chavargo. global.ts@verizon.net

Keth 15 Report post Posted October 4, 2006 Between 5 and 8 cents a square foot. If it hasn't been done in awhile try charging 10 cents for the first clean and then between 5-7 for the monthly. Around here there are guys that quote stuff that is around 3 cents. I do the easy ones for 5 and the tough ones for 8. Can't get anymore than that.
