Integrity Curb Appeal

Just curious/ deck restore time

Question

I know this is vague, but I am curious, as I am very new to wood restoration. I am cleaning 5 decks on the back of 5 townhomes. The total sqft is 2041 (408 sqft each) including All surfaces, rails, steps spindles etc on second level over parking lot. How many man hours each would you expect for cleaning/nuetralizing if you sent out a 2 man crew (mediocre experience) with 2 PW machines (day1), and 1 deckster for Ready Seal (day 2). I know there are many variables, but just a rough guess.

I'm with Jarrod.

With Ready Seal I can finish at least 350 sq. ft. including rails/spindles per hour working alone on most jobs. Lots of masking will reduce that though.

My last job measured 1400 sq. ft. floor plus rails/benches, on two levels, and I spent a leisurely 5 hours finishing it with a pump-up.
