Jetty deck clean on an Island

Question

Just finished a Jetty deck clean, the usual ridged type that we have here in the UK, so here are the before & after photo's.

For anyone that viewed the fence clean thread I did the other week, will know what I mean about the Island. This time I had to take all P/W kit over the foot-bridge, down the rickety path, across the stones (all loose) path, then the grass to get to the Jetty. No truck access what so ever on this property. Nearly an hour to unload & set-up, about an hour or so to pack away at the end of the day. Rained all day, but oh well, client very happy as their young son had been running around on the decking and had fallen into the river Thames due to slipping on the algae etc.

Cheers Shane

Did a BDA maintenance wash followed by a citric wash. It will have to be restained at some point, but we are now getting what you guy's would call typical english weather, damp, and raining over night so no chance of this deck drying out for weeks, plus it sits over the river.
