i would like you opinion please.

Im power washing this house in the city of Saratoga Springs N.Y. Its i really rick city. my quotes are as follows.

House 2,671 Sq Ft price $350 2 story in back front one story, lots of shrubs

North front roof 1,132 Sq Ft $200 i have to use a pitch witch and a x-jetthe roof is way to step to walk on. But is covered with green alga and black streaks. Also has green sponge spots all over is which im going to have to kill before it comes off.

Driveway- 1,000 Sq Ft $90

Back Deck- 75 sq ft complete strip and neutralize, then seal $96

Windows 18 at 5$ each

Please let me know im open to ideas

If its what you need to make to pay expenses, cover materials and give you positive cash flow, its good. I don't know your demographic but I would discount the job a little for the magnitude and get about $1400. In by 8 am out by 5 job done 100% (including sealing)

I think all of your price are good but you need more money for that deck , like other have said stripper and seal plus labor, cost money also you will need house soap and 12%sh , gas , you may need to add a little more money ,

Are You Actually Cleaning The Windows Or Are You Just Cleaning Them When You Do The House Wash, If You Are Cleaning Them When You Do The House Wash You Could Probably Offer A Disount On The Windows, That Is If The Customer Is Not Biting At Your Initial Bid

Windows - if you wash the house properly, (use D.I. water) the windows would already be done.
